Tantric Yoga works on the subtle energies within the body to enhance spiritual growth, cultivation and advancement of the body, mind, and spirit.

Tantric Meditation consists of the following practices: breathing exercises, visualisations for withdrawing mind, senses and thoughts from outside world and concentration on a chakra, recitations and visualizations for the purpose of achieving higher consciousness.

Inner Warrior Yoga has weaved Tantric Yoga techniques, including asana’s, breathwork and meditation with flowing body moves. Each session gives a deep cleansing and allows energy to flow unimpeded, re-energising the body from the inside out, re-setting the energy, so it operates at higher vibrational frequency.

Designed as an ongoing regular and sustained practice, for a long period of time, Inner Warrior Yoga practice is deeply relaxing, healing and restorative, igniting the sacral chakra and sensual energy, cleansing the body, detoxifying and removing old energy, to make way for the new.

Tantric Yoga practice is now becoming more wide spread in Australia, but is not as well known as other Yoga practices, including: Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga consists of kriyas, breathwork (pranayama) and meditations, affecting the nervous system, chakras and mental body, to develop awareness, consciousness and spiritual strength.

Kundalini is the life force which is located at the base of the spine. In Hinduism a coiled-up serpent. The practice of Kundalini yoga arouses the Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the 6 chakra’s and energy travels along the ida (left), pingala (right) and central nadi, which are the main channels of pranic energy.
