Goddess Dance Fitness with Maree is a low to medium intensity fusion of JAZZ, TRIBAL and  CONTEMPORARY dance styles, giving you a complete CARDIO body workout.


FUN and FUNKY GROOVES with punchy beats offer a dynamic workout and health boost.


SENSUAL FLOW, breath and mindfulness techniques awaken energy pathways and restores body balance. Strengthening holds develop leaner and firmer arms, bums and thighs.


Rhythmic grinding and undulations releases tightness in the hips and lower back. Isolated chest and hip movements tighten abs and tones pelvic floor.


Other benefits include increase energy flow,  bone health, boosting the immune system and increasing overall vitality. Dance BODY gives you a MIND, BODY & SOUL workout.

Classes must be pre booked in advance via Dance 4 Fitness website booking system. (No cash is accepted for classes)


Casual prices – $20.00

Class Passes:  5 classes – $65.00

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before class as we start on time.

What to wear:  Comfortable leggings or shorts etc. Please bring a bottle of water for hydration. Please ensure personal hygiene is maintained for the comfort of others.



No refunds once payment made under any circumstance, including change of mind, illness or injury.

Unable to make it to your session: If you can’t make it to a session, 24 hours minimum notice is required. If 24 hrs given. Class must be rescheduled within 7 days only.

Injuries or Medical Conditions: To participate in our classes, you ackowledge you take responsibility that you are physically and mentally fit.
Please advise Teacher prior to class of any existing health conditions.

Dance 4 Fitness will not be held responsible or liable for any injury or harm sustained during a class, nor will be held responsible for loss of personal effects or clothing.

Teacher – Maree

Maree is a qualified Dance Teacher, Tantric Yoga Facilitator, Actress and Embodiment Coach. Dance 4 Fitness classes, courses and programs have been running since 2007.

Maree has taught at many community organisations including ELSNC – Elwood, St Kilda Neighbourhood Community Centre and Laneway Learning. Other organisations include Tafe’s, CAE Council Of Adult Education, FED Square and a variety of Dance Studio’s.

Maree trained as a Tantric Yoga Facilitator in 2007 and throughout this time she has incorporated the ancient practice of Tantra into many of her teaching programs and imparts this wisdom in a contemporary framework suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. Maree has helped hundreds of women awaken the sensual self and become empowered and condident. Clients have reported potent life changes, including reversing health crisis, advanced personal growth, manifesting dream goals and clearing blocks.
