Each class includes a combination of tantric yoga, kundalini yoga, tantric breathing, strengthening holds and stretches. Exercises include a variety of postures including standing and on the mat.Inner Warrior Yoga re-energises the body from the inside out and is deeply relaxing, healing and restorative. Class Description
We connect to the body and breath with gentle Tantric Yoga exercises and Tantric breathing which will begin to release tightness in the hips and balance energy in the sacral chakra (emotional centre of the body) where desires, feelings and emotions are stored. A range of subtle flowing movements including Kundalini grinds will ignite the sacral chakra energy flow, giving the pelvic floor muscles a great workout and kick starting the endocrine system.
The dynamic phase of the class combines tantric and kundalini yoga exercises, strengthening holds and body rotations. All moves encourage fluidity of motion, burn calories, sculpt and tone the body. The combination of Kundalini Yoga exercises and Tantric Yoga breathwork clears blocks in the energetic field and energises the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous and endocrine systems.
Soothing stretches with long holds stablise heart rate. Upon completion you will feel invigorated and totally blissed out!
