INNER WARRIOR YOGA incorporates the ancient practice of TANTRA YOGA and is a powerful attunement of mind, body and soul. Each session is deeply relaxing, healing and restorative, re-energising the body from the inside out.
The ancient practice of Tantra Yoga (the yoga of awareness) is the most powerful form of yoga, because it clears blocks in the energy field and generates pulsating embodied energy flow, restoring body balance and awakening body wisdom.
We connect to the body and breath to release tightness in the hips, tone the pelvic area and balance energy in the sacral chakra (emotional centre of the body), where desires, feelings and emotions are stored.
Powerful Tantric breathing techniques will carry vital oxygen to our cells throughout our whole body. Your physical body will shift stubborn fat and toned muscles will also result, along with countless health benefits.
INNER WARRIOR YOGA Class Description
Each session is an invigorating work out for the mind, body and soul, providing a deep energetic cleansing of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers, with the principle focus on restoring body balance and awakening inner body wisdom. A transformative and powerful practice, promoting healthier mindset, inner harmony and lost vitality. Deeply relaxing, healing and restorative.
Tantric Yoga postures, strengthening holds, body rotations and stretches are utilised. We connect the body to the breath with Tantric breathwork, which will begin to release tightness in the hips and balance energy in the sacral chakra (emotional centre of the body) where desires, feelings and emotions are stored.
A range of subtle flowing movements including Kundalini grinds will ignite the sacral chakra energy flow, giving the pelvic floor muscles a great workout and kick starting the endocrine system.
The dynamic phase of the class combines longer strengthening holds and body rotations, burning calories, sculpt and tone the body. Soothing stretches with long holds stabilise heart rate. The combination of exercises and breathwork clears blocks in the energetic field and energises the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous and endocrine systems.

What to bring:
Yoga Mats – please bring your own yoga mat as the studio only has 8 yoga mats provided
Keep hydrated – bring a bottle of water and small hand towel if required
Punctuality – please be on time as classes commence on the dot
