Sensual Tantric Body Workout is a powerful healing practice incorporating Kundalini Tantric Yoga, breathwork, pelvic toning and stretches providing deep relaxation, restoring body balance and awakening inner body wisdom.  Dynamic holds and stretches tone the body, releasing tightness in the hips and working out the pelvic floor.   Deep breathwork carries vital oxygen to your cells, providing a deep energetic cleansing of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers.

Kundalini Tantric Yoga is considered the most powerful yoga to generate full embodied energy flow.  The practice fire’s up vital life force energy at the bottom of spine, clears blocks in the energetic field, energises the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous and endocrine systems.

Each session is healing and re-energising the body, restoring body balance and awakening inner body wisdom.  The practice is highly restorative and recalibrates the body from the inside out, cleansing the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous and endocrine systems.

After the class you will feel invigorated and allows you new pathways of insight.  To receive the full benefit from this practice weekly sessions are recommended, but after only one session powerful transformations can occur.
