We are so excited to announce regular Dance FIT sessions will now start again in 2023, after a two year break!

Dance FIT is a low to medium intensity fusion of jazz, tribal and contemporary dance styles, coupled with sensual flow, giving you a complete CARDIO body workout.

Mindfulness techniques are incorporated with a strong focus on awakening feminine wisdom and restoring body balance.

Rhythmic grinding andn undulations releases tightness in the hips and lower back. Strengthening holds and stretches develop leaner and firmer arms, bums and thighs.

Cardio dance fitness and stretches tone the body, boost the immune system and move energy stuck in the body. Funky grooves, punchy beats offer a dynamic workout and health boost.  Dance FIT strengthens back, abs and pelvic floor.

Dance FIT give you an overall body workout and great for releasing toxins from the body. They will strengthen the body, awaken energetic flow and sharpen the brain.
