The invocation will begin with activating your true sensual blissfulness by anointing yourself
with body oils of your choice. Lighting incense or essential oils will open up the olfactory system.

💎Who can do this Program?
Women or those who identify as a woman from anywhere in the world. Ages 18+.
💎Do I book the session times?
Yes, you choose the selected time for all sessions which will be confirmed by the Program Facilitator. It is recommended you book the same time each day for each session, or work within your own schedule.
💎Do I have to participate in all sessions?
It is important to commit to the whole program if you wish to receive the full benefits and powerful transformations.
💎I have purchased the Program but now can’t attend, can I get a refund?
What happens if I have already started the Program and can’t continue, can I get a part refund?
No. Once payment is received there is no refund as per Dance 4 Fitness and Embodiment Coaching policies. If you can’t attend the booked dates, you can postpone the Program till a later date with one month only.
💎What happens if I can’t make a session during the Program?
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a change of session time. If less than 48 hours notice, the session can be changed to another time, but bear in mind, the Facilitator has other clients and may have limited availability.

💎I have never done anything like this before and I am a little nervous.
This is understandable but no need to worry as you are in safe hands.
Your Facilitator is a qualified Tantric Yoga Facilitator and Dance Teacher. She is there to support you and can be contacted during or after the Program, should you need additional support.
💎How do I use Zoom?
Zoom is an easy to use cloud platform for online video and audio conferencing. You will be given zoom instructions when you purchase the Program.
💎I am not a dancer, can I still attend?
Yes. Organic dance and embodied movement is used, so you do not need any dance skills.
💎I have an injury/medical condition, can I still attend?
Please consult your Medical Practitioner before committing to the Program, as we use dance movement, breathwork, energy healing and other somatic modalities.
A clearance is required from a Medical Practitioner for conditions of a more serious nature.
