The Sensual Tantric Body Workout awakens your sensory pathways, restoring inner balance and enhancing the immune system.  The movement and breath sequences energises the body from the inside out, awakening your Shakti (the female principle of divine energy) and removing energy blockages.

Kundalini Tantric Yoga

Focusing on breathing and sensual movements, the ancient practices of Kundalini and Tantric Yoga are considered a powerful form to ignite your sensuality and generate full embodied energy flow.  The practice fire’s up vital life force energy at the bottom of spine, clears blocks in the energetic field, energise’s the circulatory, respiratory, digestive, excretory, nervous and endocrine systems.
