Dance BODY is a low to medium intensity fusion of JAZZ, TRIBAL and CONTEMPORARY dance styles, giving you a complete CARDIO body workout.
FUN and FUNKY GROOVES with punchy beats offer a dynamic workout and health boost. Strengthening holds develop leaner and firmer arms, bums and thighs.
SENSUAL FLOW, breath and mindfulness techniques are incorporated toawaken energy pathways and restores body balance.
Rhythmic grinding and undulations releases tightness in the hips and lower back. Isolated chest and hip movements tighten abs and tones pelvic floor.
Other benefits include increase energy flow, bone health, boosting the immune system and increasing overall vitality.
Dance BODY gives you a MIND, BODY & SOUL workout.
